Acquired professional certifications in the financial sector, among others – Private Banking, DMIFII by the IFB and CESGA- Certified Environmental, Social and Governance Analyst by EFFAS, the European Federation of Financial Analysts Societies in 2021).
Started his professional career in 1988 at BPA, after having completed an internship in the Management area at TAP London.
With more than 25 years experience in Financial sector in areas such - Retail and commercial banking, corporate and private banking and dispute resolution (national and international)

Francisco Gomes Viana

Economist graduated from Universidade Católica, with additional training from various Advanced Programs (Kellogg School of Management Chicago, Insead Paris, IFP, PBS, Católica Lisbon).
Francisco began his career in 1989 at KPMG - Peat Marwik, and later held key positions at Galp for 18 years, including 6 years as CFO of Downstream Oil (Industrial & Commercial). He also served as President of Galp Açores, Galp Madeira, and Gasinsular, and held positions at the management and board level in other national and international companies.
In 2019, through Galp's Iberian Retail Kaizen Program, he launched, configured, and led the winning project of the first Kaizen Global Awards at an international level, among hundreds of applications from different continents.
As an entrepreneur, he stands out as a Founding Partner of TOWS&TOOLS Business Consulting in 2020. With a proven track record in change management and value creation, he embraces and implements the purpose of sharing the best services and methodologies developed with SMEs through this Iberian consulting firm, making "Change for the Better" a widespread practice.
Luís Manuel Botelho

Luís holds a degree in Business Management from ISCTE and began his professional career in 1981 at KPMG in the auditing field. In 1986, he joined Arthur Andersen, where he worked in the tax department until 1987.
He was associated with the Banco Mello Group, holding positions in financial management in its subsidiaries. In 1995, he joined the Boards of Directors of Mello Crédito - SFAC, S.A., Mello Locação, S.A., and Mello Leasing, S.A., where he served as Executive Director until 2001 when these entities were integrated into the BCP Group.
In 2001, he returned to consulting at KPMG and qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in 2006.
In 2007, he embarked on an entrepreneurial project in the field of transfer pricing and business valuation consulting, which has since expanded to other areas of professional services. He is currently the sole partner of TPricing - Consultores, Lda.
