Closed-end fund, with a maturity of 10 years, which invests in companies certified as reputable in R&D by the National Innovation Agency and with ongoing Research and Development projects.
The Green Insight R&D II Fund rewards activities that promote sustainability in its investment, namely:
Power conversion technologies;
Data processing, digital documentation and internet application initiatives;
Reduction of energy, paper, plastics, and other consumption, limiting the production of waste;
Recycling, pollution control, urban mobility, and development of structure and transport in CO2-free vehicles;
Dematerialization of processes;
Health care and all activities involving applications in the area of Biotechnology (introduction of new technologies, digital archiving, artificial intelligence, diagnosis of trends or other initiatives that equally enrich knowledge in the sector);
Food production aimed at healthy eating and obesity control.

The Fund promotes environmental and social characteristics, or a combination of these characteristics, and the companies where the investments are made respect good governance practices.The Fund is thus framed in article 8 of Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 November 2019.
